As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Safely transport hotel guests, VIPs, and executives to and from designated destinations with utmost courtesy, precision, and professionalism.
• Demonstrate exceptional driving etiquette, ensuring comfort, safety, and a seamless journey experience at all times.
• Uphold complete confidentiality and discretion, particularly when attending to high-profile or distinguished guests.
• Comply with all traffic regulations, hotel protocols, and safety standards without exception.
• Maintain hotel vehicles in immaculate condition through daily cleaning, polishing, fueling, and inspection.
• Monitor vehicle performance, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs to ensure reliability and presentation consistency.
• Accurately record mileage, fuel consumption, service schedules, and trip details.
• Extend a warm, personalized welcome to guests upon arrival, opening doors and assisting with luggage and belongings with poise and efficiency.
• Handle, tag, and store luggage carefully and securely, ensuring swift delivery during check-in, check-out, or room transfers.
• Offer thoughtful assistance with local knowledge—providing refined recommendations on dining, cultural attractions, and transportation options.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Concierge and Front Office teams to deliver flawless, anticipatory service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Maintain the hotel entrance, driveway, and lobby areas in pristine, organized, and inviting condition at all times.
• Deliver guest messages, packages, and amenities promptly and discreetly.
• Support comprehensive transportation coordination to ensure punctual, smooth, and luxurious guest movements throughout their stay.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2–3 years of driving experience in a luxury hotel, limousine service, or hospitality environment.
• Valid professional driver's license with clean driving record.
• Defensive driving or hospitality driving certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of local roads, airports, and traffic patterns.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards suitable for a luxury environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and discreet with a focus on guest privacy and comfort.
• Ability to handle guest requests with poise, discretion, and genuine hospitality.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and handle luggage up to 25 kg.
