Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive daily in-store sales by engaging customers, qualifying needs, demonstrating products, and closing transactions to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate POS and process payments accurately; manage returns, exchanges and customer receipts according to company policy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: set displays, replenish stock, execute planograms and ensure optimal product presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, report discrepancies and support timely replenishment to minimise stockouts.
  • Record customer interactions and leads in CRM; follow up on enquiries and coordinate with store management to convert opportunities.
  • Support store operations including cash handling, daily store opening/closing procedures and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certifications desirable.
  • Proven retail sales experience in a store environment; UAE or GCC market experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for customer-facing roles in the UAE.
