  • Supervise and coordinate daily finishing activities such as plastering, blockwork, tiling, painting, ceiling, flooring, marble, joinery, aluminum & glazing, and MEP finishing coordination.
  • Ensure that all finishing works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Manage and control site labor, subcontractors, and material usage to achieve productivity and quality targets.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure the work meets company and consultant requirements.
  • Report progress, manpower deployment, and material needs to the Site Engineer or Construction Manager.
  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays in progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) procedures on site.
  • Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure timely rectification and final handover.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, and MEP teams to ensure smooth progress of finishing works.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Technical Trade Certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman in building construction (preferably in the UAE).
  • Proven experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, and site practices.
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings and method statements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage site teams effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
