We Are Hiring: Receptionist – EVS (Electric Vehicle Services)

EVS is expanding, and we are looking for a highly professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Position: Receptionist

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 4,500 (all-inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
  • Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and walk-ins
  • Assist with booking service appointments
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Support administrative tasks for the EVS team
  • Coordinate with internal departments when needed
  • Manage customer registration, basic documentation, and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
  • Well-presented and confident in dealing with customers
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service agent, or front desk role
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Immediate joiners preferred - FEMALE
