We are IQ Kids Nursery, a leading educational nursery with four branches in Abu Dhabi (Bani Yas – Shakhbout – Al Shamkha – Al Bahya).
We are looking for a Curriculum Officer to join our educational and administrative team to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all branches.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curricula and lesson plans suitable for children's stages and nursery objectives.
- Monitor teachers' performance and provide pedagogical and technical support.
- Train and evaluate both current and new staff to ensure implementation of modern educational standards.
- Prepare and develop educational materials and interactive activities.
- Track and analyze children's learning outcomes to enhance the teaching process.
- Ensure team adherence to nursery policies and procedures, with full knowledge of Edict policies.
- Collaborate with management to maintain the nursery's high educational standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on teaching and learning performance for management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in nurseries or early childhood schools.
- Strong knowledge of modern curricula and best practices in early childhood education.
- Skills in team management, staff evaluation, and professional development.
- Fluent in English.
- Leadership, organizational skills, and initiative.
