  • Lead and execute OpenText implementations, upgrades, and migrations within SAP environments, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Design and configure OpenText solutions, including Document Access, Archiving, and Extended ECM, to optimize content management processes.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for OpenText-related issues, collaborating with SAP Basis and functional teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of OpenText solutions, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective OpenText solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and monitor OpenText system performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop and deliver training to end-users and IT staff on OpenText functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay current with the latest OpenText and SAP technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as OpenText Certified Professional and SAP certifications are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in OpenText implementations and SAP integration, specializing in OpenText solutions.
  • Has experience working within the manufacturing, or finance industry.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in OpenText product suite, including Archive Server, Document Access, and Extended ECM.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of SAP Basis and ABAP programming, with a focus on OpenText integration.
  • Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
