About the Role

We are seeking a Head of E-Commerce Growth to own and accelerate our online revenue growth strategy. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, retention, and lifetime value across all digital commerce channels.

You will lead cross-functional growth initiatives spanning marketing, merchandising, UX, analytics, and technology—using data, experimentation, and customer insights to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the e-commerce growth strategy aligned with revenue and margin goals
  • Own key growth metrics including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and LTV
  • Lead acquisition, funnel optimization, and lifecycle growth initiatives
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing across site, mobile, and checkout experiences
  • Partner with marketing on paid media, SEO, email, SMS, and affiliate performance
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to improve customer experience
  • Use analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives
  • Optimize merchandising, pricing, promotions, and personalization strategies
  • Manage e-commerce growth budgets and forecast performance
  • Build and lead high-performing growth, CRO, and analytics teams

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or digital revenue leadership
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue and conversion
  • Strong expertise in CRO, funnel optimization, and experimentation
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and performance analytics
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong business and financial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in DTC, marketplace, or omnichannel retail environments
  • Familiarity with personalization, recommendation engines, and AI-driven growth tools
  • Experience leading global or multi-brand e-commerce operations
  • Background in subscription or repeat-purchase business models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED500,000.00 per year
