Our SaaS subscription platform integrates the complete workflow of travel companies — CRM, itinerary builder, vouchers, bookings, surveys, and more — with no one-time cost and pricing that's affordable for agencies of all sizes.

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our commercial expansion across the Middle East & Africa. As Head of Sales, you will own the end-to-end revenue engine — from demand generation and pipeline growth to closing, retention, and expansion. You'll build and scale high-performing sales teams while shaping our go-to-market strategy across MEA.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Expansion: Lead and scale sales operations across the Middle East and Africa to establish a dominant market presence.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) and regional growth strategies tailored to the travel technology sector.
  • Sales Operations: Build a metrics-driven sales motion with rigorous forecasting and performance tracking to ensure predictable revenue growth.
  • Funnel Optimization: Continuously refine the full sales funnel to maximize conversion rates and enhance long-term customer retention.
  • SaaS Commercial Strategy: Drive pricing, packaging, and expansion strategies specifically optimized for our subscription-based model.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure our solutions stay ahead of market demands.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, work independently, and communicate updates regularly to your manager and product team

Qualifications and Experience:


• Proven B2B SaaS sales leadership experience


• Strong understanding of subscription-based models


• Experience selling to SMEs or enterprise customers in MEA


• Data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable in fast-growth environments


• Passion for travel tech and digital transformation
