Job Description

We are hiring a male DHA-licensed Nurse with experience in home care, preferably with exposure to construction site healthcare support. The role involves providing first-line medical assistance, routine assessments, and health monitoring for workers at a construction site under a home care setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional nursing care to workers at the construction site.
  • Conduct routine health assessments, monitor vital signs, and document findings.
  • Provide first aid, wound care, and emergency response as required.
  • Administer medications and treatments in line with DHA standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, incident reports, and daily logs.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding health issues or medical alerts.
  • Support preventive healthcare initiatives for onsite workers.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA License (mandatory).
  • Male candidate (required).
  • Hindi-speaking (must).
  • Prior home care experience, ideally with construction site duties.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage medical emergencies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Physically fit to work in an outdoor/site environment.
