Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior QA/QC Engineer, located in Abu Dhabi. The Senior QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities, implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections and quality audits, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Day-to-day duties will include monitoring processes, analyzing quality metrics, coordinating with project teams, and identifying opportunities for improvement to maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and expertise in Quality Control and Inspection processes to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Auditing to maintain and enhance overall project quality
  • Proven ability in Quality Management for developing and managing a structured quality system
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations relevant to MEP and large-scale construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
  • Relevant certifications in quality management or auditing are an advantage
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
