Job Title: Sales Manager – Sharjah Branch

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading and developing the sales operations of the branch. The role involves setting strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, designers, and distributors, and managing the sales team to ensure performance excellence and outstanding customer experience that reflects Mishkati's premium brand in the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans.


• Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales team to achieve targets.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, designers, and project partners.


• Conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare regular performance reports.


• Collaborate with top management to align branch goals with company objectives.

Requirements:


• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management (preferably in lighting, interior design, or related fields).


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Proficiency in English.


• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
