Classroom Assistant

- Deliver tailored teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups
- Make sure that the Students you support can engage in learning and stay on task during the lesson or activity
- Assist the SEN Teacher in today-to-day running of the class
- Support the social and emotional development of pupils, reporting any issues when required
- Support the SEN teacher in managing challenging pupil behaviour and promoting positive behaviour
- Help with the planning of some lessons
- Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on students' progress
- Carry out administrative duties, such as preparing classroom resources and attendance
- Delivered personalized one-on-one support to students under the guidance of a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher.
- Ensured students' well-being at all times
- Create art displays of pupils' artwork
- Help with extracurricular activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or Childhood Education with Certificate of Equivalency
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with special needs students
- Good communication and writing skills in English
- Preferred UAE Female National
- SALARY NEGOTIABLE
