Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
  • Handle office stationery, supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office files, documents, and records in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and schedules.
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Handle reception duties when required – answering calls, visitor coordination, etc.
  • Maintain office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility support.

HR Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding, induction, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups, documentation).
  • Assist HR team in preparing basic reports, attendance tracking, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa renewals, documentation, and government processes.
  • Support payroll preparation inputs (attendance, leaves, employee data).
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Admin / HR / Office Coordination roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and general office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Professional, presentable, and well-organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
