Founding Staff Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional
Founding Staff Full Stack Engineer
to help build a next-generation enterprise AI platform from the ground up. You will operate at the intersection of distributed systems, AI orchestration, and modern web experiences—designing systems where humans and AI agents collaborate at enterprise scale.

As one of the first engineers in the organisation, you will have a disproportionate influence on the technical architecture, engineering culture, and the pace at which the platform moves from concept to production.

This role is focused on defining the agentic patterns that will power the future of work across large, complex organisations.

What You'll Do

• Architect and Build the Core Platform
• Design and implement scalable backend services and modern frontend architectures to orchestrate complex AI workflows, real-time data streaming, and enterprise-grade applications.
• Define Human–AI Interaction Patterns
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and customers to create intuitive interfaces for agent-driven work—moving beyond static forms toward dynamic, generative, or canvas-based user experiences backed by robust APIs.
• End-to-End Ownership
• Own the full lifecycle of the platform, from rapid prototyping of new agent capabilities to operating and maintaining production systems at enterprise scale.
• Drive AI-Accelerated Engineering
• Continuously experiment with AI-assisted development to increase delivery speed while maintaining a high bar for technical excellence, reliability, and craft.
• Lead Early Deployments
• Support and lead early, first-of-their-kind implementations with strategic enterprise partners, ensuring the platform solves real-world operational complexity.
• Operate with High Agency
• Thrive in a lean, startup-style environment where you are accountable for outcomes, balance long-term architectural decisions with near-term delivery, and remain hands-on with the codebase.

What You'll Need

• 8–12+ years of professional full stack engineering experience
  , including experience as a technical lead or early engineer in high-growth or zero-to-one environments.
• Strong mastery of modern web stacks
  , including frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript, alongside backend experience in , Python, or Go, and distributed systems.
• AI-native engineering mindset
  , with hands-on experience integrating LLMs, working with real-time or streaming data, and building or consuming agentic frameworks and RAG-based architectures.
• End-to-end architectural capability
  , spanning database design, API development, platform-first system design, and reusable UI components.
• Deep focus on craft and performance
  , delivering fast, fluid user experiences supported by efficient, scalable backend systems.
• Comfort operating autonomously
  in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without a predefined playbook.
• Willingness to work on-site full time in the UAE
  during the incubation phase to enable close collaboration.
• Experience with
  enterprise software transformation or legacy system integration
  is a strong advantage.
