We are seeking a detail-oriented Draughtsman - Infrastructure to join our team in UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings, layouts, and as-built plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and other civil works. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for infrastructure projects using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
  • Revise and update drawings based on design changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the preparation of drawings for tender submissions and project approvals.
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions, ensuring accessibility for project teams.
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with local regulations, standards, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the site team to verify field conditions and incorporate site adjustments into drawings.
  • Support the preparation of quantity take-offs and material lists from drawings when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience as a Draughtsman, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools; knowledge of Civil 3D is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and infrastructure design.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction codes, standards, and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
