We are building a dedicated, in-house Customer Service & Communications practice
 across our international operations, and we are looking for a 
high-calibre Executive Communications Manager
 to co-create, lead, and shape this function from day one.

This is 
not a traditional assistant role
 and 
not an outsourced function
.

This is a 
long-term, internal growth position
 working directly with C-level executives while defining how Whitehall communicates with its clients globally.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Executive-level communication support
  • Client relationship co-management
  • Customer service excellence
  • Internal communication standards and training

You will work closely with C-level executives and directors
, supporting and structuring their communication with key clients, while also 
building a scalable in-house communication practice
 aligned with Whitehall's three service tiers across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Client Communications

  • Act as a trusted communication partner to C-level executives and directors
  • Draft, manage, and review high-level client communications
  • Support and co-handle selected client relationships where clarity and tone are critical

Customer Service Practice Development

  • Co-develop Whitehall's in-house Customer Service & Communications department
  • Define communication standards across all service tiers
  • Create internal policies, templates, and best practices

Internal Enablement

  • Support onboarding and training of new employees on client communication
  • Enable teams to communicate consistently, professionally, and effectively
  • Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive communication cases

Client Experience

  • Ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and precision
  • Proactively solve communication issues with a client-first mindset

Profile We Are Looking For

Background in communications, public relations, client relations, journalism, or similar

 Perfect English
, written and spoken (non-negotiable)

Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and executive presence

Naturally client-oriented, positive, and solution-driven

Comfortable working with senior leadership and international clients

Structured thinker who enjoys building processes and standards

 
Dubai-based
 and available to start immediately
