Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a License Renewal Consultant - Company Formation, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing and processing license renewals, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and guiding clients through the renewal process seamlessly. The consultant will handle client communication, collect and verify necessary documentation, coordinate with government authorities, and provide exceptional support throughout the renewal process. Additional duties include staying updated with changes in rules and regulations and collaborating with team members to offer an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of license renewals, company formation processes, and government regulations in the UAE.
  • Proven ability in client communication, relationship management, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and expertise in document verification and compliance checks.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and/or English, both written and verbal, is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing rules and regulations.
  • Prior experience in PRO services or the business setup industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
