Role Overview:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building the company's brand presence across the UAE, developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients. This is a leadership role for a dynamic, driven, and creative individual who understands both digital and traditional marketing in the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the company as a top video production provider in the UAE.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target industries, and client needs.
  • Create monthly and quarterly growth plans to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Brand Building
  • Build a strong brand identity across digital platforms and offline channels.
  • Oversee content marketing, social media campaigns, video portfolios, case studies, and brand messaging.
  • Develop partnerships with agencies, influencers, event organizers, and corporate clients.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Collaboration
  • Generate high-quality leads through strategic campaigns (online advertising, SEO, paid ads, networking, email marketing).
  • Work with the sales/production team to convert leads into active projects.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to represent the company.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage online presence: website, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta Ads.
  • Create targeted campaigns for industries like real estate, hospitality, retail, healthcare, government, and luxury brands.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Client Relationship & Retention
  • Monitor client feedback and adapt marketing strategy to meet client expectations.
  • Team Leadership
  • Build and manage a marketing team as the company scales.
  • Train team members on brand messaging, marketing tools, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with creative and production teams for marketing content creation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in media, advertising, film, or creative industries (experience in UAE market is a plus).
  • Proven track record in building brands and generating business leads.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for visual content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Must have Driving License.
