Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage site execution of carbon steel pipeline installation, welding works, and mechanical activities for chilled water networks.
  • Lead and monitor direct manpower, ensuring proper work allocation, productivity, and adherence to safety requirements.
  • Coordinate daily work activities with site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all mechanical installations comply with drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and verify welding activities, fit-ups, alignments, and materials used on site.
  • Identify any technical issues at site and coordinate solutions with engineering or management teams.
  • Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and manpower logs.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote safe working practices at all times.
  • Assist in testing, commissioning, and pipe network pre-commissioning activities when required.
  • Support quality documentation preparation, including checklists, inspection requests, and work records.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong background in carbon steel pipeline installation, welding supervision, and chilled water network systems.
  • Proven experience in site supervision and manpower management.
  • Knowledge of mechanical drawings, isometrics, and piping layouts.
  • Familiarity with welding processes (SMAW/GTAW) and applicable standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
