Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost estimation, budgeting, and financial aspects of construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify project requirements and variations.
  • Manage progress valuations, interim payments, and final accounts for subcontractors and clients.
  • Track project costs and provide accurate financial reports to management.
  • Evaluate and negotiate claims, variations, and change orders.
  • Support the project management and site teams in budget control and procurement activities.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and contractual compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, market prices, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Fit-Out industry, or related field
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying and project cost management in fit-out industry.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
