Senior Engineer, Operations Readiness and Assurance

We are hiring a Senior Operations Readiness and Assurance (OR&A) Mechanical Engineer with strong Oil & Gas experience. The role involves supporting project teams to ensure mechanical systems are designed, commissioned, and transitioned smoothly into operations. The candidate will play a key role in identifying mechanical readiness risks, verifying asset integrity, and aligning with HSE and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical readiness activities during project phases.
- Ensure mechanical systems meet operational and safety requirements.
- Conduct mechanical system assurance reviews and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Support development of maintenance and inspection strategies.
Qualification Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role.
- Previous experience in the ADNOC project on a PMC role is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
