Job Description

Candidatewith experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or showroom sales. Responsible for assisting walk-in customers, providing product guidance, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth showroom experience while driving sales for tiles, sanitaryware, and concrete flooring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide product consultations based on their requirements.
  • Explain materials, specifications, applications, and product advantages.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
  • Maintain showroom displays, samples, and overall presentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and designers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for deliveries and sample requests.
  • Prepare daily sales updates and support showroom operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or flooring sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Good product knowledge and understanding of installation basics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Professional and presentable; multilingual is an advantage.
