As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our safety workforce and seeking qualified HSE Officers to join our growing team.

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and safety-focused ADNOC-Approved HSE Officers to support our ongoing and upcoming ADNOC-related projects. You will ensure full compliance with HSE standards, promote a strong safety culture, and contribute to the continuous improvement of site safety performance. Experienced professionals with the right qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and standards across project sites.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and hazard identification (HIRA).
  • Monitor compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) systems and site safety rules.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training sessions.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and promote safe work practices.
  • Assist in accident/incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate HSE documentation, logs, and compliance records.
  • Support emergency response drills and preparedness plans.
  • Foster a positive and proactive safety culture among all site personnel.

Requirements

  • ADNOC Approval as HSE Officer
  • NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certifications.
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational HSE, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice (COPs) and UAE HSE regulations.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work on outdoor, onshore/offshore project sites.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
