Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive (Showroom) for Baking & Pastry Supplies, you will be the face of Greens, assisting customers in selecting the right baking tools, equipment, and ingredients. Your baking knowledge will help you understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and provide expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, offering expert advice on baking tools, equipment, and ingredients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their baking needs.
  • Handle customer queries, provide product demonstrations, and offer troubleshooting guidance.
  • Manage sales transactions, process payments, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
  • Maintain showroom displays, ensuring products are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Stay updated on new baking trends, products, and techniques to educate customers effectively.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to track stock levels and request product replenishments.
  • Support showroom promotional activities, events, and product launches.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in baking, pastry-making, or working with baking supplies is preferred.
  • Sales experience in retail, showroom, or food-related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
  • Passion for baking and knowledge of baking tools, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Basic computer skills to manage billing and sales records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
