Urgent Hiring: Senior Finance

Our client is seeking a Senior Finance professional to manage credit assessment, RNPL financial controls, and portfolio performance. This role is central to ensuring disciplined approvals, strong cash flow visibility, controlled risk exposure, and optimized returns, while working closely with Sales, Admin, and Collections teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and analyze credit and risk profiles for applicants under monthly payment and RNPL plans.
- Approve, decline, or escalate applications in line with financial and risk criteria.
- Reconcile monthly RNPL inflows against expected payments and flag variances promptly.
- Manage and validate commission calculations and payouts linked to RNPL transactions.
- Coordinate with Collections on overdue accounts, delinquency tracking, and reporting.
- Apply structured risk management practices to anticipate defaults and work with Collections on proactive mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate and well-structured financial records to support Admin, Listing, and Sales teams in monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.
- Continuously monitor portfolio health and maximize ROI while maintaining controlled default ratios.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in loan approval, credit analysis, or finance-driven decision roles.
- Hands-on exposure to BNPL/RNPL, consumer finance, leasing, or lending portfolios.
- Strong understanding of credit scoring, repayment behavior, and portfolio risk controls.
