JOB DESCRIPTION – RETAIL OUTDOOR SALES PERSON

Position Title: Retail Outdoor Salesperson

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: UAE (Outdoor kiosks, mall pop-ups, events, exhibitions)

We are hiring on behalf of our client on PERMANENT ROLE WITH OUR CLIENT.

We are an INTERNATIONAL MOTORSPORT retail suppliers (Tshirts, Hoodies, Model Cars, Jackets, Caps) in UAE. We are looking for an smart, agressive sales person.

The Retail Outdoor Salesperson is responsible for engaging customers in high-traffic outdoor or semi-outdoor environments, promoting merchandise, driving sales, and representing the brand with professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, proactive customer engagement, and the ability to work independently in changing environments such as mall kiosks, events, pop-ups, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, present products clearly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Drive sales through proactive engagement, upselling, and product knowledge.
  • Promote merchandise at outdoor kiosks, events, exhibitions, and partner locations.
  • Maintain visually attractive displays and ensure stock is well presented.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions (cash/card) accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory, daily stock counts, and replenishment.
  • Report daily sales, customer feedback, and operational issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation.
  • Comply with company guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Support setup and dismantling of pop-up stands or event booths when required.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers.
  • Ability to work outdoors or semi-outdoors for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and manage fast-paced environments.
  • Presentable, punctual, and reliable.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak events.

Additional Preferences

  • Experience in apparel, lifestyle brands, or promotional sales (advantageous).
  • Interest in motorsport or sportswear retail (optional but beneficial).
  • Multilingual (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog a plus).
