that is redefining how growth capital is deployed through
AI-powered decisioning technology
. This firm operates across North America, Europe, APAC, and MENA, supporting some of the world's most ambitious companies with unmatched speed and precision.

They are now expanding their team in
Abu Dhabi
and looking for a
Senior QA Lead
to drive quality strategy, automation, and AI-led testing across a high-performance platform.

What You'll Do

As the QA Lead, you will shape the entire QA function — defining frameworks, scaling automation, and applying intelligent, AI-driven quality practices. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure reliability, performance, and seamless user experience across a mission-critical fintech platform.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Owning QA strategy, standards, and best practices
  • Leading the adoption of
    AI/ML in QA
    (intelligent test case generation, anomaly detection, regression acceleration, observability)
  • Building & maintaining automation frameworks (UI, API, integration)
  • Integrating QA into modern CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and improve testability
  • Running manual & regression testing when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in QA, with at least 3 years in a
    Senior or Lead capacity
  • Strong background in
    fintech or financial services
  • Hands-on expertise with frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
  • Experience with automation-first environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven testing, monitoring, or observability (a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
