Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Technical Sales Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements, provide technical solutions, and demonstrate the capabilities of the Odoo platform. Responsibilities include conducting technical sales presentations, managing implementation projects, troubleshooting technical issues, providing tailored guidance and support, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. The role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering value-driven solutions and creating meaningful customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and recommend customized Odoo solutions
  • Experience in Consulting and Sales to effectively communicate value propositions and build robust client relationships
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve client issues and ensure seamless system functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and familiarity with Odoo will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
