Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ELV Pre Sales Engineer, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing technical support during the sales process, understanding client requirements, and crafting technical solutions. Duties include engaging with customers to present proposals, performing demonstrations, creating design documents, and providing pre-sales guidance for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. Collaboration with engineering and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction is also a priority.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Pre Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with experience in designing ELV systems.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record in Pre Sales with the ability to create tailored client proposals and deliver effective technical presentations.
  • Sound understanding of ELV systems such as access control and surveillance systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
