Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

Work Location: Industrial Area 11, Sharjah

Reports To: Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled
Motion Graphics Designer
to conceptualize, design, and produce visually engaging motion content for our perfume brand. The ideal candidate will transform brand stories and product visuals into captivating motion videos for digital, social media, and retail platforms, maintaining the brand's premium aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development

  • Design and animate compelling
    motion graphics, explainer videos, and product launch visuals
    that align with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into motion.
  • Develop engaging
    social media reels, ad videos, and product animations
    highlighting fragrances, bottle designs, and packaging.
  • Create
    storyboards, mood boards, and visual concepts
    before animation.

Production & Design Execution

  • Edit and composite videos using brand visuals, model shoots, typography, and effects.
  • Optimize content for different platforms (digital screens, and in-store displays).
  • Maintain a consistent visual language across all animations and video content.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and brand quality standards.

Collaboration & Branding

  • Work closely with photographers, 3D designers, and marketing teams during product campaigns.
  • Support the
    new product development (NPD)
    team with visual mockups and animated renderings.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and luxury branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in
    Animation, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design
    , or related field.
  • Minimum
    2–4 years of experience
    in motion graphics, preferably in the
    perfume, beauty, or luxury industry
    .
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D / Blender (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of video editing, 2D/3D animation, compositing, and visual effects.
  • Understanding of sound design, color correction, and post-production workflow.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in 3D software: Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
  • Proficiency in Motion & Video tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, rendering, and compositing.
  • Knowledge of product visualization and realistic rendering techniques.

Soft Skills

  • Creativity and a strong visual sense.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
