Role Description

Kazema Group / PolyPods Industries LLC is looking for a skilled
GRP Supervisor
to oversee daily fabrication and production operations in the GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) division. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in
GRP fabrication, fiberglass work, and assembly of prefabricated structures
such as portable cabins, tanks, or shelters.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of GRP technicians and fabricators on the shop floor.
• Plan and allocate daily work assignments to ensure efficient production output.
• Inspect molds, materials, and finished GRP products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Monitor fabrication processes including lamination, gel coating, finishing, and repair work.
• Coordinate with the Production Engineer and Quality team for material requirements and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Train and guide technicians to improve productivity and workmanship standards.
• Prepare basic reports on manpower utilization, production output, and material usage.
• Support installation or site work activities when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI Certificate in Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience
  in
  GRP fabrication / fiberglass manufacturing / construction industry.
• Good knowledge of
  lamination, mold preparation, trimming, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Hands-on supervision experience in a workshop environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Candidates currently based in UAE are preferred.
