What will you be doing?

As a Product Designer, you will drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of design and innovation, partnering with clients to envision and deliver experiences that create measurable business impact.

You will contribute to the product development lifecycle: identifying opportunities, shaping concepts, and ensuring solutions meet both user needs and client objectives.

You will support in project execution, working with multidisciplinary teams in day-to-day engagements, while contributing hands-on to key deliverables with quality and resilience, and building strong client relationships that enable follow-on work.

You will collaborate in crafting proposals and presenting to prospective clients, working closely with Account Teams and discipline leaders.

You will help strengthen the studio's design capabilities, methodologies, toolkits, within your discipline and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

By contributing to both client success and internal excellence, you will reinforce frog's reputation as a leader in product innovation and support the continuous growth of our people and practices.

We want you to have:

• 5+ years of professional human centred design 'thinking & doing' consulting experience with specific experience in one or more areas of the product development lifecycle, for example, as a Visual Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer or Experience Designer
• An outstanding track record as a contributor for experience strategies, digital products and services, and design systems that delight customers/users and achieve business results
• Solid skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management, with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency with the latest AI-driven design tools and techniques, and emerging interaction models and UX patterns.
• Proficiency with contemporary research, design, and prototyping tools and methods
• Proficiency with the latest Digital Products and Design Language Systems, techniques, tools, and maintenance methods
• Experience in working with design teams in integrated design and development setups with a good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards, best practices, tools, and methods.
• Affinity with frog's values and a passion for creating products that meet people's functional and emotional needs
• High peer, end-user, or client satisfaction with the work products that you created
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability support high-performing teams using persuasion and influence (rather than command and control)
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Willingness to travel for research, project delivery, and client meetings
• Business level ability in English and fluent in Arabic is a MUST.

It would be a bonus if you had:

• A university degree in a relevant design, business, technology, or social science discipline
• Experience working in a variety of organisations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy)
• Academic, professional, or life experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer
• Published thought leadership, with a track record of presenting and teaching in public forums and a social media presence.
• A certification in accessibility, diversity and inclusion, or a related field
• A second language (and every additional language is a plus)
