Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed drawings.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations, codes, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated project delivery.
  • Prepare presentations, renderings, and technical documentation for clients and authorities.
  • Review and approve contractor/shop drawings, material submittals, and site modifications.
  • Lead design discussions with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and draftsmen.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Civil.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, with proven expertise in projects of at least G+10 floors.
  • Professional Background: Previous experience in a consultancy firm in the UAE is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, and international standards.
  • Other Skills: Creativity, strong design sense, presentation skills, and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • License/Certification: UAE Society of Engineers membership or equivalent is an advantage.
