We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Head Pastry Chef with true mastery in pastry arts to lead our pastry department. This role is for a professional who demonstrates advanced technical expertise, creativity, and leadership, and who can consistently deliver high-end, refined pastry products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all pastry operations, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
  • Create, develop, and execute innovative pastry, dessert, and bakery menus
  • Demonstrate expert-level techniques in classical and modern pastry
  • Maintain strict standards in presentation, taste, and texture
  • Train, mentor, and supervise pastry staff to professional standards
  • Control food cost, wastage, and inventory efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate closely with executive kitchen management
  • Oversee ordering, production planning, and daily mise en place
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline in the pastry kitchen

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef
  • Advanced mastery in pastry techniques (chocolate work, viennoiserie, plated desserts, sugar work, baking)
  • Strong background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end pastry kitchens preferred
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining top-quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Knowledge of cost control and menu engineering
  • Culinary degree or professional pastry certification is an advantage
  • Can join immediately and available in Abu Dhabi.
