Job Title: Senior Auto Electrician

Location: Toretto Auto Services

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the electrical department in the garage/workshop.
  • Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and electronic issues in vehicles (cars, SUVs, and light commercial).
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain vehicle wiring, ignition, charging, lighting, and starting systems.
  • Troubleshoot ECU (Engine Control Unit), sensors, and modern vehicle computer systems.
  • Carry out programming, coding, and calibration of vehicle electrical components.
  • Install and maintain accessories such as alarms, GPS, radios, and air conditioning electrical systems.
  • Train and mentor junior auto electricians and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, workshop policies, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare detailed job reports and recommend cost-effective repair solutions.
  • Assist in managing parts inventory related to electrical systems.
  • Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of proven experience as an Auto Electrician, including senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems, including hybrid/electric vehicles (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic scanners and electrical testing tools.
  • Diploma/Certification in Auto Electrical, Automotive Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with service advisors and customers
