Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Fit-Out Estimator. The Fit-Out Estimator will manage cost estimation processes, analyze project requirements, and prepare detailed pricing strategies for fit-out projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating design documents, communicating with suppliers and contractors, analyzing budgets, preparing tender documents, and providing accurate cost projections. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and project timeline adherence.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, pricing strategies, and budget analysis for fit-out projects
  • Familiarity with tender preparation, procurement, and supplier/vendor relationship management
  • Proficiency in software tools related to estimation and project planning
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and design documents
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in fit-out estimation or related roles
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
