The Senior Project Manager will lead, plan, and execute major property development and construction projects for United Group Holding, will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while also supervising and coordinating selected strategic projects across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for property development and construction initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and corporate policies.
  • Supervise contractors, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor on-site progress, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Provide oversight and management support for additional group-level projects (commercial, operational, or strategic).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subsidiary companies to track project progress.
  • Implement standardized project management frameworks across the Group.
  • Manage project budgets, cost control processes, and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims with suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to procurement policies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal leadership, external partners, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships to support smooth project execution.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement quality assurance and control procedures across all project phases.
  • Ensure all handover processes, documentation, and commissioning activities are completed successfully.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in property development and construction project management.
  • Strong expertise in managing multiple large-scale real estate projects.
  • Professional certifications (PMP, RMP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction standards, contracts (FIDIC preferred), and project management methodologies.
