Quality Control Manager
to be based in the
UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Monitors and reviews quality-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain QC protocols and documentation.
  • Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.
  • Lead investigations of quality incidents and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Lead a high-performing team providing guidance and professional development.
  • Support regulatory audits and external inspections.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related life sciences field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality control within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, particularly in sterile production.
  • Proven leadership and team-management experience.
  • Experience with GMP audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong attention to details and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
