What You'll Do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy "We Care" to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
• Our Lobby Hosts are responsible for providing assistance and support to all Residents, their families and guests in the Lobby as well as on the Forecourt or on the Amenity levels of The Lana Residences, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Your responsibilities will be to deliver, collect and store luggage and packages for the Residents, their family and guests and ensure this is done seamlessly and efficiently allowing for any retrieval to be easy for any other team member.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving an even special occasion. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Residence Concierge.
• Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Lobby Host you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Bellman must communicate with other departments in order to ensure the alignment remains.

• English is the primary language used in our residences. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• Previous experience as a Bellman is preferred. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
