Capital Health is seeking a qualified AHA Facility / Instructor support the continuous improvement of clinical staff skills across Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH) and Health Shield Medical Centre (HSMC). The role focuses on developing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality education programs in compliance with DOH, JCI, CARF, and American Heart Association standards, while promoting professional growth and continuous learning across the Capital Health Group.

Key Responsibilities
:


• Support staff development in soft skills, BLS, ACLS, and PALS across Capital Health Group


• Establish and maintain an AHA-accredited BLS, ACLS, and PALS Training Centre


• Ensure all continuing education programs meet DOH requirements and accreditation standards


• Collaborate with directors, managers, and supervisors to address organizational training needs


• Promote professional growth through mentoring, coaching, and structured learning programs

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, coordinate, and deliver education programs in compliance with DOH, JCI, CARF, and AHA standards


• Design and manage hospital orientation programs for staff, contractors, students, and visitors


• Conduct CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS training according to American Heart Association guidelines


• Coordinate nursing and rehabilitation orientation programs, including EMR (TrakCare), IT access, and uniforms


• Facilitate internships, student training, volunteer, and summer programs


• Manage CME activities and secure DOH accreditation for all educational programs


• Act as Capital Health's liaison with DOH for education and training requirements


• Support online learning through the LITMOS platform


• Participate in CPR mock drills, Morbidity & Mortality reviews, and education committees


• Assist with development and review of education-related policies, forms, and procedures


• Identify opportunities to enhance learning outcomes and staff competency


• Strong knowledge of accreditation and competency evaluation


• Experience in nursing and clinical education


• Understanding of healthcare education standards and compliance

Education & Qualifications
:


• Bachelor's degree in education, Nursing, or related field


• Master's degree preferred


• Facility License Public Certification


• BLS, ACLS, PALS certified trainer


• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (CPHQ preferred)


• Minimum 5 years of education-related experience


• Experience with JCI accreditation and CARF standards is an advantage


• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
