Customer Assistance:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in locating products.

Listen to customers' needs and preferences, offering product recommendations and solutions.

Provide information about product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns or exchanges when necessary.

Sales and Upselling:

Actively engage in sales efforts to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Suggest complementary products or upgrades to enhance the customer's purchase.

Close sales transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate documentation.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest product offerings, features, and benefits.

Continuously educate oneself about industry trends and competitors' products.

Merchandising and Inventory Management:

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom.

Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are well-presented and adequately stocked.

Assist with periodic inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to management.

Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Collect and maintain customer information for follow-up and marketing purposes.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

Transaction Processing: Efficiently process sales transactions, including returns and exchanges, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow showroom salespeople and other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to enhance the overall customer experience.

Operational Duties: Follow company policies and procedures, including security and safety guidelines. Assist in opening and closing procedures for the showroom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
