Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the store with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products to meet their requirements.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Process billing and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Assist with stocking, inventory checks, and product display arrangements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to convince and close sales.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge is a plus.
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1, AED2,000.00 per month
