Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role based in Dubai. The CEO will oversee the overall strategic direction, leadership, and operations of CAD Construction, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include driving business planning, managing financial and operational performance, formulating and executing sales strategies, and developing long-term strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. The CEO will work closely with the management team and stakeholders to foster innovation, build partnerships, and maintain the company's reputation for excellence in the construction industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Finance and Operations Management to drive financial performance and oversee day-to-day business functions effectively.
  • Advanced Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills to create and implement long-term goals and strategies for organizational success.
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales and leadership experience in growing revenue, building partnerships, and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Significant experience in the construction or engineering industry with excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
