Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and driving audience engagement. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and maintain brand consistency.

 Key Responsibilities:

·       Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

·       Design social media visuals and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva

·       Develop creative campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive engagement

·       Manage and update our Shopify website – including product listings, promotions, and analytics

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand goals

 Requirements:

·       Female candidates only

·       Based in Dubai and available for immediate joining

·       Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, ideally in the beauty or cosmetics industry

·       Skilled in graphic design and content creation

·       Hands-on experience with Shopify and basic e-commerce operations

·       Excellent understanding of social media trends and analytics
