Our company is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Periodontist to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of periodontal diseases, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and improving the overall oral health of our patients. Our ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, a passion for patient education, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed assessments to diagnose periodontal conditions.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct a variety of periodontal procedures, including flap surgery, bone grafting, and implant installation.
  • Provide education to patients regarding proper oral hygiene practices and the significance of periodontal health.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow all regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay informed about new developments in periodontics to enhance practice efficiency and patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of a residency program in Periodontics.
  • Current state dental license and board certification in Periodontics.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience is preferred.
  • Strong patient management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong clinical and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
