We are seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented
candidate to join a leading multinational organization in Dubai as a
Financial Analyst
within the
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
function.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze
    P&L statements
    , revenue, and expense reports.
  • Support
    budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reforecast processes
    .
  • Track
    year-to-date sales and expenses
    to assist in financial planning.
  • Perform
    data entry and validation
    in financial systems (SAP / ERP).
  • Provide
    variance analysis, financial insights
    , and recommendations to management.
  • Review financial data related to
    projects, investments, and cost control
    .
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with
    GAAP and internal accounting policies
    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience
    in finance, accounting, or data analysis (fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong
    Excel skills
    (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
  • Experience with
    SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems
    preferred.
  • Understanding of
    financial reporting and forecasting principles
    .
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
