Russian‑speaking Receptionist
to join our front‑office team. This role is ideal for someone who embodies professionalism, warmth, and exceptional communication skills. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will represent the clinic's luxury standards and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with a polished, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Provide clear and accurate information about treatments, prices, and promotions
  • Maintain the reception area to reflect the clinic's luxury standards
  • Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and doctors to ensure smooth client flow
  • Assist Russian‑speaking clients with translation and communication
  • Update client records and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Process payments and issue invoices/receipts
  • Support daily administrative tasks and operational needs

Requirements

  • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in a clinic, spa, beauty center, or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Professional appearance and excellent etiquette
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with booking systems and basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a client‑first mindset
