Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bellboy cum Valet Parker located in the Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Bellboy cum Valet Parker will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, managing parking services, and ensuring smooth operations at the reception area. Additionally, the role includes providing excellent customer service, attending to guest inquiries, and offering assistance in other operational aspects as required. The candidate will also need to coordinate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing Luggage
• Ability to undergo relevant Training and adapt quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
