Role Purpose
The Director of Human Capital Services is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the organization's human resources function.
This role will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, ensuring the effective management of human capital to achieve organizational success.
Responsibilities
- You will support the Chief Human Capital and Culture Officer in designing, developing and managing the implementation of strategic and operational plans related to transactional and HC support services.
- Develop and oversee the maintenance of HC support services guidelines and frameworks ensuring continuous process enhancements for the delivery of optimal HC Support Services.
- Provide guidance on operational and administrative activities related to employees' discipline, attendance, performance, engagement, and grievances.
- Lead HC operational activities including government relations, immigration, relocation, onboarding, background verification, HC systems, personnel records and employee help desk.
- Oversee the administration of employee requests including but not limited to employment verification and experience letters.
- Oversee the management and delivery of transactional and HC services across Space42 and its Business Units in collaboration with HC Business Partners.
- Engage with departments across HC to convert strategy, policy, tools and processes into service operations.
- Continuously evaluate HC services, procedures and technology solutions and provide recommendations to enhance HC data management and services.
- Lead the development and periodic review of the HC policies and procedures, whilst ensuring alignment to relevant regulations and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10plus years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Experience with local government practices and strong knowledge of Emiratization and MOHRE regulations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
- Experience in change management and organizational development. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Arabic speaker is a must
