Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer with at least 2 years of legal experience to support our legal team in handling corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, familiar with UAE laws, and capable of assisting in legal drafting, research, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and translate legal documents in Arabic and English, including contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal notices.
  • Assist in company formation, corporate governance, and compliance matters in the UAE (Mainland & Free Zones).
  • Conduct legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and court precedents.
  • Support senior lawyers in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
  • Liaise with government authorities, courts, notaries, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare case files, summaries, and legal opinions.
  • Attend client meetings and provide legal support under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor, commercial, and civil laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE or GCC.
  • Fluent Arabic speaker (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
  • Good command of English.
  • Knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Professional conduct and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate/commercial law or legal consultancy firms.
  • Familiarity with court procedures and government portals.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
